Check-in takes place in the first step by completing the online check-in before check-in and then collecting the keys at the reception of Residence Opera at Villa Tchaikovsky.
Each apartment has an allocated parking space in the Opera Residence with the name of your apartment. When booking, please enter your car registration number and the gate will open automatically upon arrival. Parking is in a gated building and is captured by a camera system with recording.
The exact time of your departure must be reported at the reception of Residence Opera at check-in, or at the latest during the last day of your stay. Check-out time is before 10:00.
Reception hours at the Opera Residence are from 08:00 to 16:30. In case you wish to arrive at a different time, please inform the reception in advance at 0915 735 838.
You can arrive to Turčianske Teplice by bus, train or car.
If you are travelling by car, type " Residence Opera" into the WAZE navigation or Google maps and you will arrive in front of the reception door.
You can find the bus or train connections conveniently at www.cp.sk.
If you work in a company with more than 49 employees, you are entitled to a recreation allowance from 1.1.2019, which you can also use in our facility.
Simply choose and book your stay and ask for proof of payment when you are finished. Your employer can reimburse you 55% of the amount, up to a maximum of € 275 per year.

Upon check-in, you will receive a key to the apartment with a QR code to connect to WiFi and a password. You connect to the apartment WiFi by scanning the QR code, which will automatically connect you to the wireless network.
Daily cleaning in the apartments is only upon request. This service is subject to a charge. Please contact reception for a cleaning price list.

We consider any dog up to 15kg as a pet.
Accommodation with a dog is charged at €15/night/dog without a bed, bed, blanket.
We offer free rental of a water bowl and food for the dog. We do not provide food.
The placement of water and food bowls can only be placed by the operator, i.e. in the bathroom.
The dog must have a valid ID / passport / and upon request, the ability to show the date of the last mandatory vaccination.
The dog owner is responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment and the nearest public areas (hallway, elevators, terrace, parking lot) and outdoor areas - street, sidewalk, park.
Walking - the spa park is intended for the public and grassy areas are designated for walking.
Walking on the balcony or terrace of the apartment is prohibited. The owner shall dispose of the dog's feces in a designated container in a garbage can. Act No. 282/2002 Coll. imposes an obligation to remove feces that the dog has soiled in a public space. Micro-tene bags for dog excrement are ideal for the safe and hygienic collection of dog feces. Used bags belong in municipal waste and under no circumstances in a garbage can for biodegradable waste.
Do not leave the dog unattended other than in a secured and open cage.
During the extra cleaning you have ordered or during your stay, you do not expose the staff to unnecessary stress of an unexpected meeting with the dog.
The owner knows his pet best and knows how he will cope with his stay without you. A trained, desocialized dog remains calm during your absence without barking, whining, or scratching at the door so that he does not disturb guests and neighbors with his behavior.
Please observe the quiet zone and quiet time from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
The dog must be on a leash while staying near other people and, in the case of a rough breed, must also have a muzzle.
The dog is prohibited from resting on the bed, couch or other equipment in the apartment.
The dog is prohibited from entering the restaurant areas of the Royal Palace***** or Veľká Fatra**** hotel.
The dog is prohibited from entering the public areas and interior of the Royal Palace*****, Veľká Fatra**** hotel, the spa area in the balneo center, the sauna world, or the water park.
Consider the above conditions as an addition to the valid accommodation rules of the Opera Residence, the Royal Palace***** and Veľká Fatra**** hotels.
